CitySpace appoints new Design Manager

CitySpace, the leading Dubai-based independent interior design consultancy offering corporate workplace solutions, has announced the appointment of Nicholas Burnett as its new Design Manager.
From 1983 to 1994, Mr Burnett owned his own interior space planning/installation office systems furniture company in Surrey, UK - Internal Planning & Moves - which provided space planning services, carried out installations of office systems for end users and sourced additional staff to major suppliers during periods of high turnover of work. The company carried out work for clients from around the globe - from the UK and Germany to Zambia and the USA, where it gained United States Government contracts for US/UK based clients. Appointed as the main dealer for Italian desk top accessory products, clients included Toshiba (UK) Limited, Toshiba Corporation, Data General, Data Logic, Air Product (UK) Limited, Northumbrian Water Plc, Quadrant and Walkers Snack Foods. Systems Furniture clients included Herman Miller, Haworth, Ahrend, Mauser, Steelcase, Martela.
Speaking about his new appointment, Mr Burnett added: "I am pleased to have this opportunity to work with such a dynamic, independent organisation as CitySpace. With an enviable reputation in the market, I look forward to working with the team to continue to offer a diverse range of corporate interior design solutions to the highest local and international standards using state-of-the-art technology."
Major projects in Mr Burnett's career include: Credit Suisse First Boston, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, National Australia Bank and CTV.
