EMAAR participates in first Home Owner Dubai Expo

EMAAR Properties, the leading property developer in the Middle East, will be participating in the Home Owner Dubai Expo - the first event to be held in Dubai for those interested in buying or investing in property in the emirate.

Taking place in the Godolphin Ballroom in Emirates Towers from December 20 to 21, Home Owner Dubai will be a two-day conference and exhibition aimed at the real estate, home buying and property services industry.

Commenting on the company's participation, Mansour Al Othaimin, Corporate Director, Sales and Marketing said: "EMAAR continues to spur growth in the real estate sector with new initiatives and quality developments. This exhibition and conference provides us with a good opportunity to expose the local market to EMAAR's comprehensive product range and services."

EMAAR Properties will be showcasing all their developments at their futuristic stand, fitted with glass and black wood columns and plasma screens. The developments being showcased are: Dubai Marina, Arabian Ranches, Gazelle, Emirates Hills, The Meadows, The Springs, The Lakes, Hattan Homes and The Greens. Also on show will be the Burj Dubai - the tallest skyscraper in the world, which will be flanked by the largest mall in the world.

Al Othaimin further commented on EMAAR's services to its homeowners: "EMAAR established subsidiaries to ensure we deliver an all encompassing service to our homeowners. Customer care programmes, financial plans such as 'Rent-to-Own', mortgages provided by our subsidiary - Amlak Finance, telephony and internet services by Sahm Technology, and maintenance services by Emrill have been added to make the transition to becoming a home owner a pleasant experience," he added.
