A number of leading international HR consultants and experts as well as representatives of government departments and leading regional businesses will take part in this conference.

The annual event attracts CEOs, HR directors, executives, HR consultants, manpower planners, training & development officers, and recruitment managers. It's a unique opportunity to explore a range of keynotes, interactive workshops and panel discussions.

The conference will cover along two days as varied topics as the challenges facing HR and how HR can add value, the future shape of HR, people survey, assessment of the role and contribution of HR in organizations, developing the role of HR in the performance management function, leadership and organizational culture and the importance of IT to HR.
A special session on the main HR books published in 2003 by leading international publishers will be held on the sidelines of the conference. The event will also host a number of IT and strategic planning specialists who have implemented prominent HR projects in the Middle East in as varied fields as oil, health, manufacturing, education, etc.
A large number of participants took part in last's year conference. They shared ideas and solutions to common concerns. They also examined new procedures and explored a range of methods to measure and assess performance to add more value to their organizations.
Etisalat Academy to hold its 3rd annual regional HR conference next February
Etisalat Academy today announced it will hold its annual regional human resources conference on 10-11 February 2004 at Emirates Towers under the patronage of H.E Ahmed Humaid Al Tayer, Minister of Communication.
