ExecuJet Middle East achieves new highs in the Levant's premium aviation market
- Lebanon: Monday, December 22 - 2003 at 09:40
- PRESS RELEASE
ExecuJet Middle East, one of the region's leading aviation services companies, today launched a new sales and service strategy for the Levant, aiming to capture a significant share of the growing market for executive aviation in Lebanon, Syria and Jordan.
Mossa brings considerable experience of business development and customer support within the executive aviation market to ExecuJet, as well as in-depth knowledge of the aerospace market in the region. Part of his role will be to build awareness of ExecuJet's full range of business jet services, which include charter options, operational support, new and pre-owned jet sales, and aviation financing support.
Commenting on the launch of the new strategy, Horm Irani, Managing Director, ExecuJet Middle East, said: "The Levant offers significant potential for growth for ExecuJet, because of the increasing level of interest in business aviation and the demand for alternatives to scheduled flights and surface transport."
"Our new strategy for the Levant will provide business travellers with a broader variety of executive aviation options, in response to strong demand for services that offer greater security, comfort and flexibility," added Irani.
A key component of the sales and services strategy include a customer education and outreach program, and an increased focus on supporting organizations that deploy business aircraft within the Levant market.
The Middle East is emerging as a key sector for executive aviation, with structural factors including lack of viable surface transport options and market factors such as rising demand for greater security in aviation -- driving market growth by as much as 22% in recent months. Industry figures suggest that, for the first time, the number of business jets operating within the region exceeded 300 in 2003.
Executives at ExecuJet have expressed confidence that the new strategy will place the organization in a prime position to capitalize upon the potential for growth in the market.
"The nature of our business dictates that we should always be prepared for any sort of demand from customers and be able to respond rapidly to changing situations. Customers in the Levant often need flights at short notice, or to be taken to destinations not covered by existing scheduled flights, and we're confident that the additional resources we offer will enable us to be more responsive to their needs," commented Mossa.
