"The training courses provide a revolutionary curriculum to a revolutionary platform," said Diyaa Zebian, Regional Manager, Middle East and Egypt, eSolutions BEA. "The programme has been designed to accelerate knowledge transfer of BEA's best practices and enable effective planning and implementation of WebLogic 8.1 technology decisions. This revolutionary learning environment is designed to bridge the gap between technical training & real world implementation. The WebLogic 8.1 platform has been universally hailed as an engine that can successfully help enterprises in achieving all-round improvement in performance and profitability. By offering these courses, we want more enterprises to benefit from the opportunity to master the critical features of WebLogic 8.1 and apply them to their businesses."

"The courses are designed to provide step-by-step guide to the development and deployment of applications using the WebLogic 8.1 products. They have been developed by experts who know how to simplify the complex technologies like the Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) and Enterprise JavaBeans (EJBs), while demonstrating the overall superiority of the WebLogic 8.1 products," added Zebian.

eSolutions BEA has already announced its training schedule for 2004 to allow customers to plan their learning programmes. The courses that are not listed in the schedule can be made available on demand.

BEA helps enterprises by delivering diverse training options that ensure that decision-makers, IT professionals and end users have the knowledge they need to work smarter and faster. One of the key solutions is the Accelerated Knowledge Transfer (AKT), a portfolio of learning and management services that empower enterprises to maximize success, increase productivity and lower costs, by offering the full lifecycle of enterprise training needs and providing a strong foundation for readiness and self-sufficiency.

Another option provided is On-Site Training, a facility that allows several people to be trained at the same time at the customer's premises with courses customised to meet an organisation's specific needs.

It also offers public instructor-led training through certified and experienced instructors on our premises. Training methodologies include hands-on labs, assignments and in-class discussions to reinforce content and build practical experience.

The WebLogic Platform 8.1, the first truly integrated application platform in the industry, which was launched recently in the Middle East market, has won worldwide recognition for its ability to help any developer to build service-oriented, enterprise-class Web applications and Web services with high productivity levels. The new platform eliminates complexity from enterprise software and allows easy integration with existing systems.
