Arabian Ranches buys 98 Club Cars

The Club Cars come in various models for different uses, ranging from people movers, Golf cars, Hospitality cars and even first aid cars.

"Arabian Ranches has just purchased a range of Club Cars for various uses on their newly opened golf course - 90 golf buggies, 2 'Café Express' cars, 3 'Villager 6' people carriers, 2 'Turf 6' maintenance vehicles and 1 'Turf Ball Picker'," said Geoff Gladstone, general manager of Club Car in the Middle East.

"The Club Cars which Arabian Ranches has ordered will be primarily used for transporting golfers around the course. The various other Club Car models have their own unique uses, which includes providing food and beverage out on the course, golf course maintenance and to transport larger groups of people around the extensive Arabian Ranches complex. The ball picker has a special collector attached to the front to pick the balls from the driving range and a 'cage' that the driver sits in for protection," he said.

Mr. Peter Yeo, Advisor for Golf Operations for Emaar said he was very pleased with the delivery of the new Club Cars. Club Cars, as far as he's concerned, are "Simply the Best, if I may borrow from Tina Turner", he said.
