"At Emarat, we consider the staff to be our most important asset and training programmes are a vital part of the corporate agenda," said Abdulla Al Norman, Manager, Retail Sales Operations, Emarat. "These courses which were especially designed for Emarat, provided an ideal opportunity for staff members to share work experiences and gain vital skills to guarantee the excellence of Emarat services."
Entitled "leading teams", the interactive workshop enabled over 125 station supervisors and assistant supervisors to understand how to interact with customers. The training course was conducted by MEC/TFC UK, and is the second event in a series which is aimed at ensuring that Emarat staff continue to offer first class customer service.
The highly-interactive session veered away from lectures and focused on using practical psychology to enable the staff members to gain a better understanding of why people behave the way they do.
Conducted by S.G.S Gulf Limited, the second training course focused on improving basic food hygiene standards for 300 Emarat staff.
