Emarat conducts training workshop for supervisors and service station staff
- United Arab Emirates: Monday, December 29 - 2003 at 11:00
- PRESS RELEASE
As part of Emarat's on-going man power training and development programme, over 400 Emarat retail staff members recently participated in workshops which focused on managing relationships in the workplace, as well as educating staff on improving food hygiene.
Entitled "leading teams", the interactive workshop enabled over 125 station supervisors and assistant supervisors to understand how to interact with customers. The training course was conducted by MEC/TFC UK, and is the second event in a series which is aimed at ensuring that Emarat staff continue to offer first class customer service.
The highly-interactive session veered away from lectures and focused on using practical psychology to enable the staff members to gain a better understanding of why people behave the way they do.
Conducted by S.G.S Gulf Limited, the second training course focused on improving basic food hygiene standards for 300 Emarat staff.
