Oman, second mobile licence

Oman's Telecommunications Regulatory Authority is preparing to issue a licence for a second private mobile phone operator by Q2 next year. PriceWaterhouseCoopers has been appointed to evaluate applications and assure transparency. Expressions of interest will be invited in a few weeks.
