The MOU was signed by His Excellency Dr. Sedi Waled Al-Tah, Minister of Economic & Development Affairs of Mauritania and Engineer Ahmed Bin Rasheed Al-Ballaa, Managing Directors of the National Prawn Company on behalf of "Al-Rajhi Alliance".
