Oracle Corporation, the world's largest enterprise software company, today announced that Al Rajhi Banking and Investment Corporation, one of Saudi Arabia's largest financial institutions, is deploying the Oracle Collaboration Suite for its own call centre to enhance its business communication capabilities and reduce administrative costs.
AL Rajhi Banking needed to streamline the way its call canter communicates internally as well as with customers, businesses, and suppliers. To achieve this objective, Al Rajhi Banking has selected Oracle Collaboration Suite.
"We realized that by implementing the Oracle Collaboration Suite, our call centre would significantly improve the speed and ease with which our staff communicates both internally and with our customers, while dramatically reducing our total cost of technology ownership." stated Saeed Al Ghamdi, Deputy General Manager, Al Rajhi Bank.
Because the Al Rajhi Banking works across so many branches within the Kingdom, the leading financial institution required a collaborative and business communication environment that runs on a single database to ensure that all of its key data --such as calendar, documents and email is available all the time in real time.
"It is understandable that some of Al Rajhi Banking's major challenges are coordinating the communications and scheduling of all of its different staff and customer interactions, plus maintaining a serviceable technology infrastructure that doesn't cost a fortune," said Abdulrahman Al Dossary, Managing Director -Oracle Saudi
