Deira City Centre marks ninth anniversary of Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF 2004) with 'World Famous Sale'

Deira City Centre will for the ninth consecutive year be a main sponsor of the Dubai Shopping Festival 2004 (January 15 - February 15, 2004) as the mall's owners, Majid Al Futtaim Group, continue its high-level support for the region's most exciting event.
During DSF 2004, Deira City Centre will offers an action-packed array of entertainment events as well as its 'World Famous Sale' offering huge discounts in many of its 300 stores and greatly contributing to yet another successful Festival.
Deira City Centre General Manager Mr Rashid Zakaria Doleh said :"DSF 2004 at Deira City Centre promises to be the most exciting ever, offering an even greater lineup of discounts for shoppers, must-see entertainment and prize giveaways for the whole family."
Deira City Centre remains one of the leading attractions for visitors to the Dubai Shopping Festival, with an estimated increase in traffic of more than 20% during the month-long extravaganza. With the recent opening of the new ground level expansion, which has brought 24 more leading stores to the Mall, as well as a wealth of new stores on all levels, the number of visitors is once again expected to significantly rise.
"DSF has become a truly global event, which has been a prime factor in Dubai's emergence as one of the world's leading tourist destinations," Mr Doleh said.
