- United Arab Emirates: Sunday, January 11 - 2004 at 15:48
- PRESS RELEASE
Jebel Ali Outlet is now adding the final touches for its tents, which is now seeing several new participants from the factories and the trading companies located in the Jebel Ali Free Zone.
Deema Hussain, Events Co-Ordinator for Jebel Ali Outlets said, "The idea for the Jebel Ali Outlet came from the concept of having a huge tent to facilitate interaction between the shoppers and the traders represented at Jebel Ali. The tent is divided into areas that will be dedicated to Textile, Gold and Jewellery, Food, Cosmetics, Furniture and an assortment of products that include musical instruments and toys. All the outlets will feature unbeatable prices and the aim is not purely commercial, but will feature entertainment, food courts with international cuisine, special play areas and two mosques in addition to other facilities."
All safety and security measures have been provided. The special teams from Dubai Police and Civil Defence will be available at all times to provide necessary assistance to the visitors.
The tent would be located between the Emirates Towers and the World Trade Centre, on the Sheikh Zayed Road, the venue chosen for its easy accessibility for all the visitors. The roads will be able to take up incoming traffic from Karama Bur Dubai by way of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed road.
Those who are coming in from Sharjah and Deira can take the Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Road, and for those who are coming in from the Zabeel area can take the Zabeel Road. Those trying to access the tent from Abu Dhabi can choose either the entrances from the Civil Defense Roundabout, the Emirates Towers or the Nad Al Sheba Area.
