Present at the event were senior administrative officials at the various ministries and government entities. Several presentations were made by MCIT about the project, and the applications currently operating MCIT and due to be implemented in five other governmental institutions.
In close cooperation with MCIT, Oracle Egypt and 3 specialized IT companies executed the project applications. The project aims at electronically enhancing workflow across departments, entering data only once and easy retrieval; monitoring and follow-up of activities of users of the system.

Dr. Ahmed Nazif, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, inaugurated today the Financial and Administration Automation Project and its Deployment in the Government Seminar.
