Expected to attract more than 300 of the region's leading businessmen, government officials, and academics, the two-day forum will offer participants the chance to explore the opportunities and challenges that technology advancement offers the region's governments and private sector over the next decade.

Amr Dabbagh, the chairman of the JMB, said that event would discuss vital issues for Saudi Arabia. "The use of technology is essential for the advancement of the developing world," he said. "The first Saudi Technology Forum will provide a clear view of the challenges ahead for our country and the region and allow for open and wide-ranging discussions."
