For more than 8 years Mitel has been providing telephony solutions in the UAE. Early last year Mitel Networks made a strategic decision to increase its focus on the Middle Eastern market.

Mitel moved to their new regional facility at Dubai Internet City in December to support existing relationships and to facilitate the introduction of next generation IP Telephony solutions. 'Interest in our IP solutions at Gitex 2001 was simply enormous. Recently Mitel achieved General Type Approval for their entry level MN 3100 ICP in the U.A.E.
