HP unwires Arab Health 2004
- United Arab Emirates: Monday, January 19 - 2004 at 13:33
- PRESS RELEASE
While an apple a day may keep the doctor away, HP's wireless notebooks and trendy Tablet PCs, furnishing the internet café at Arab Health 2004 kept the good doctors coming back for more.
"HP has secured prominent wins in the health sector in the region and sees strong potential for continued growth in the use of Tablet PCs, the iPAQ range and wireless notebooks. Medical professionals at one of the UAE clinics using the HP Compaq Tablet PCs have remarked on the enhanced speed in diagnosing problems, communicating with colleagues and making key clinic decisions," said Christoph Schell, General Manager, Personal Systems Group, HP Middle East. "Arab Health 2004 is an excellent forum for us to showcase our technologies to medical professionals and to demonstrate how HP's full mobility portfolio can assist doctors and nurses in providing the best healthcare to their patients in a speedy and efficient manner," Schell added.
Delegates of Arab Health 2004 can visit the Internet Café, equipped with HP's Intel® Centrino™ notebooks, located in Exhibition Hall 8 of the World Trade Centre exhibition halls.
