Altitude Software to present at Middle East Call Centre 2004 Conference

Altitude Software, a global technology leader of contact centre solutions for Unified Customer Interaction (uCI), today announced its participation for the fourth consecutive year at the Middle East Call Centre 2004 (MECC) event, a major contact centre conference & exhibition that will take place from 25 to 26 January 2004 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
As part of the conference programme, Altitude Software Contact Centre Specialist Neville Perry will describe Batelco Jeraisy's customer interaction management (CIM) experience and a sample of best CIM practices in the Middle East. Batelco Jeraisy Limited is a leading Riyadh-based Internet service provider and CRM outsourcer that is using the Altitude uCI suite in its 50-agent call centre. The Altitude Software session is scheduled for Sunday, January 25 at 11h45 in the conference room of the Shangri-La hotel. Key issues to be discussed specifically include:
- what organizations must understand in order to build strong and value added multichannel customer relationships
- understanding how to boost the efficiency and the productivity of contact centre agents
- which CRM strategies can be tailored to enhance customer retention

The following functionality will be showcased during the event: Computer Telephony Integration (CTI); inbound, outbound, and blended capabilities; agent scripting and interface; Interactive Voice Response (IVR); web call-back and collaboration; web chat; real-time supervision and call recording. Altitude Software will also hold a free business seminar on January 26 at 4pm, as part of MECC's Vendor Seminar Programme in the Shangri-La convention room.
