Levant PC market set for big rise

PC shipments to Levant are projected to rise to 212,223 units by the end of this year, IDC said. They had stood at 153,922 units in 2002. Of the 2004 shipments, Lebanon is to account for 38 per cent, Jordan for 34 per cent and Syria for 28 per cent. Levant still lags behind the Gulf, IDC said.
