It is not surprising that such an event in Dubai would attract these exhibitors in its first year. The U.A.E. is one of the richest economies in the world today and the government is spending millions on infrastructure. The country also hosts some of the world's best hotels who are always searching for the best in cleaning. The private sector is also booming in the U.A.E. where an all time high in the real estate, medical, tourism, shopping, industrial, and other sectors have attracted foreign investments in services and products. The Cleaning Industry is no exception. This growth in the economy will always result in growth in the cleaning sector. The Government alone is spending millions of dollars in keeping the cities clean and with the country's reputation of being one of the cleanest countries in the world, they are willing to spend more and more to keep this status.
Nilfislk-Advance, Alto, Karcher, Numatic, Schmidt, Eurovac, 3M, Fiorentini, Synclean, Hako, Comac, Ruffo, Johnson Diversey, Taski and Wetrok are just a few of the companies participating in the Gulf Cleantech 2004. The Exhibitor list also includes contractors, service providers and training institutions from all around the world.
With support from Dubai Municipality, BICS - British Institute of Cleaning Science and UNEP, the first Gulf Cleantech is looking like it will be a big player in the global Cleaning Exhibition sector.
