Hilton International announces new appointments in the Middle East

Hilton International, the world's leading hotel brand, has announced three senior appointments in the Gulf region; Kevin Brett joins as General Manager for Hilton Bahrain, Mohab Ghali as General Manager for Hilton Ras Al Khaimah and David LeMan joins as Regional Director, Human Resources for the Arabian Peninsula at Hilton International's regional headquarters in Dubai.

Kevin, Mohab and David are seasoned hoteliers and we're confident that their experience, both internationally and regionally, will greatly support our regional network and policy of excellence," said Rudi Jagersbacher, Vice President of Operations for the Arabian Gulf.

With almost a quarter century of industry experience, Brett joins as General Manager for the Hilton Bahrain property. An effective motivator with excellent communication skills at all levels, Brett also has strong financial awareness and business sense. He has worked for Hilton, Inter-Continental, Conrad and has extensive experience in London, as well as holding previous management positions in Oman, Turkey, and Malaysia.

A Hilton veteran, Ghali has worked with Hilton International for most of his professional life. In 1992, Ghali joined the Hilton Taba in Egypt and after a series of promotions, he became the Resident Manager for Hilton Hurghada Plaza in Egypt. Ghali has recently been awarded the Revenue Quadrant for the highest profit-making hotel as per Hilton International plans and now takes on the role of General Manager, Hilton Ras Al Khaimah.

David LeMan brings over 10 years of human resources management experience in the hotel industry to Hilton. With a specialty in process management, training and productivity improvement programs, David has a proven track record in many of the internal HR functions, particularly streamlining, improving the recruitment process and levels of departmental induction and more importantly effective management of performance issues.
