Finding the right travel deal at the right price at the right time isn't easy. That's why the Middle East's premier travel portal myTravelChannel.com is broadening its horizons to meet the increasing needs of the on-line traveller.

MyTravelChannel.com is partnering with Arabia.com, the Middle East's dedicated news, information and entertainment portal, to offer its exclusive deals to Arabia.com website users. For Arabia.com users it will mean an enhanced service.

Mohsan Parvez, Chief Executive Officer, Arabia.com said, "We have chosen myTravelChannel.com to be our primary provider of travel services on arabia.com due to their highly professional service and extensive travel content that will provide our users with great value deals when they plan their next vacation."

Package holiday deals, flights, cruise information, car hire and travel insurance can now be accessed on line by Arabia.com users. The partnership will not only offer Arabia.com users more choice, but provide them an online travel service in their preferred website. It will also expose a wider audience to myTravelChannel.com.

Simon Lewis, Manager E-Ventures Group, Emirates Airlines, and manager of myTravelchannel.com said the alliance marks another important step in the development of the portal.

'Arabia.com is viewed as the leading portal in the Middle East and to be part of that is an exciting opportunity and with the market reach that it has and the depth of content that we have got, it is a good synergy and partnership that will bring value to customers across the region', he said.

To source its deals, MyTravelChannel.com draws on over 500 airlines, 50,000 hotels, and 750,000 cars available for hire worldwide, combined with key partnerships with leading organisations including Emirates Holidays, Dnata Holidays, Kanoo Holidays, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Royal Caribbean International Cruise Vacations, Holiday Autos and Jumeirah International to broaden choice for the travelling public.

Simon Lewis recently implemented changes to the site following a comprehensive customer survey.

'The survey highlighted that myTravelChannel.com had a wide range of package deals compared to other sites in the region, ' he said 'and that visitors are able to navigate easily to get what they need from the site. Our team continues to improve the site and its functionality.'

'A free flow of information with Arabia.com can only serve to increase the exposure of myTravelChannel.com,' added Lewis. 'We have other exciting developments and partnerships to announce in the first quarter of 2004, to increase our service and enhance this exciting relationship.'
