IKEA wins prestigious furnishing contract with Gulf Air

The project, completed over two stages, involved fully furnishing 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments with all amenities, including living, dining and bed room furniture and kitchen and bathroom accessories.

The Gulf Air apartments house the airline's crew members, and were furnished by IKEA's Home Consultancy experts and a six-person team which completed the delivery and assembly of furniture for all units in 15 days.

The IKEA Home Consultancy service enables individual and corporate customers to enhance their versatility and furniture ideas, taking into consideration the lifestyle of each client and the effect desired. An expert interior consultant is on hand to deal with queries regarding colour schemes, matching furniture to accessories and other home furnishing issues.
