CABSAT 2004: Sony Broadcast
Sony Broadcast has been demonstrating its new XDCam at CABSAT 2004. The revolutionary camera records video onto an optical disk rather than tape, resulting in instant access to media files. Sony also reports success in Saudi Arabia for its videoconference technology, and identifies High Definition Television as a key product area.
