Cellucom sales increase three fold during DSF 2004

The special offers and promotions such as the Jeep Cherokee draw offered by Cellucom during the shopping festival have contributed to a three fold increase in sales during the month long DSF 2004.

In addition to this, Cellucom, a leading distributor of mobile communication devices and accessories, also witnessed an increase in footfall levels at its showrooms and Val-U-Shop outlets throughout Dubai.

Commenting on the success of this year's participation in the shopping festival, Arun Nagar, Managing Director of Cellucom, said, "This DSF has proved to be yet another successful period for us, with the numerous promotions and value added incentives increasing sales. We believe in communicating value to our customers, and that is just what we did this DSF."

During DSF, customers visited Cellucom showrooms and Val-U-Shop outlets as well as the Cellucom and Val-U-Shop kiosks at Global Village, Rigga Road, Muraqabat Road, Mercato Mall (Century Cinemas) and at Xtreme Riders, the Cellucom-sponsored event held during the festival.

A promotion launched by UClub, Cellucom's online community for mobile phone users targeted at the youngsters, also met with great success. Of the thousands of entries that UClub received, Suja George rode away with a Felt Ethic BMX freestyle bike.

Cellucom, a support sponsor for DSF 2004 started its DSF 2004 campaign by sponsoring the A. R. Rahman concert, and also brought to the youth of the region, the extremely popular Xtreme Riders.
