Hertz speeds up car rentals, and expense claims

- PRESS RELEASE
Middle East travellers visiting Europe can take advantage of new steps by Hertz to speed up the car rental process, and there is particularly good news for executives over expense claims.
In another move which will help business travellers avoid delays when claiming expenses, invoices are now available at the end of every rental from all corporately owned Hertz' locations in Europe, with the exception of Italy. Alternatively, customers can have the invoice sent to their home address, or they can download a copy from www.hertz.co.uk
The Hertz Instant Return service, which provides an itemised printed receipt beside the car in less than a minute, is an automated, hand held device with remote links to Hertz' business and IT systems.
Instant Return helps clarify issues regarding damage and fuel levels, as the rental representative now makes these checks in the presence of the customer. It also provides customers with a statement or invoice.
