Dubai Chamber holds World Bank Group's round table seminar

The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry will hold 'World Bank Group-UAE Business Briefing Seminar - A Partnership for Development' in association with World Bank Group on Wednesday 25th February at the Chamber's premises.
The seminar aims to provide an opportunity for UAE companies to meet with representatives of the World Bank Group (WBG), comprising International Financial Corporation (IFC) and Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) to discuss opportunities for future cooperation. It will also focus on the various WBG partnerships, programs and services for the private sector and explain how UAE companies can expand their business opportunities both nationally and internationally.
Speakers from the WBG will be Marcos Ghattas, Manager, technical cooperation with the Gulf Countries, World Bank, Mr. Sami Haddad, Director, Middle East & North Africa, International Finance corporation (IFC), and Mr. Christop Ballinger, Director, Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA). From the UAE, the speakers will be, Dr. Ahmed Saif Belhasa, Chairman construction Association, Mr. Majed Bin Thenia, Executive Director of Dubai Ports Authority, Mr. Mouayad Hassan, Chairman of Iraq Business Council, and Mr. Khatter Masaad, CEO, RAK Ceramics Company, along with other speakers.
