- PRESS RELEASE
High-profile executive Mark Pell has taken the reins of TNT, the leading express freight provider, as Managing Director Gulf and Saudi Arabia.
"My appointment is part of a general streamlining of our operation throughout the GCC states," said Pell.
"We are the world's leading B2B company and we'll be broadening our boundaries even more for the benefit of our customers in the GCC states. New products, new services and greater choice are the key points."
Pell boasts senior management roles with the Dutch-owned integrator in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
TNT is being buoyed by record increases in yield and volume throughout the GCC countries. Business in the ultra-competitive market in Saudi Arabia has never been better for TNT, according to Pell.
"TNT is thriving in the region. We have a number of exciting things coming up in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait in services as well as facilities."
