Altitude Software awarded 'Best Multi Channel Contact Centre Solution in EMEA'

Altitude Software, the global leader of contact centre solutions for Unified Customer Interaction (uCI), today announced that Altitude uCI has been honoured with the 2004 ContactCenterWorld.com Members' Choice Award for Best Multi Channel Contact Centre Solution/EMEA.

The Members' Choice Awards are the industry's first independent awards program where users vote for their favourite solution providers on a national, regional and global basis. Each award is based on the quality of all votes received. The 2004 Members' Choice Awards were voted by 2000 qualified end-users. The Altitude uCI solution was singled out by users as "being easy to deploy", "very flexible" and "having a great return on investment".
