Dusit Dubai launches high speed Internet access

Dusit Dubai recently announced the launch of a new High Speed Broadband Internet Access service in all its guest bedrooms and meeting rooms.
Guests connect their laptops to a broadband Internet connection in their bedroom with a simple 'plug and play' user-friendly set up. While in the meeting rooms guests may connect either through a wired or wireless connection at their convenience.
The system has support for Win 95, 98, 2000, NT and XP; Macintosh OS X and wireless to Wi-Fi 802.11b common standards.
The user-friendly system is supplied by Quadriga, Europe's largest and leading supplier of technology driven hotel service for guest rooms and meeting facilities. With headquarters in the UK, Quadriga has a presence throughout Europe and the Middle East and has current operations in more than 30 countries.
Dusit Dubai being located in the heart of Dubai's business district mainly caters for business travellers as well as the occasional leisure guests. With the onset of 2004 and all through 2003, Dusit Dubai has enjoyed excellent growth in occupancy, as well as in banqueting and conferences.
