Rotana Hotels to build luxurious hotel property at Jumeirah Beach Residence

Rotana Hotels has announced that it will build a super deluxe luxurious hotel property at Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai's upscale beachside resort lifestyle development.

Rotana Hotels is on an aggressive expansion drive in its aim to become one of the premier upmarket hotel chains in the region. It recently announced that it will manage two additional properties in the Lebanese capital city of Beirut.

"It is a perfect marriage," said Hashim Al Dabal, Chief Executive Officer of Jumeirah Beach Residence. "Rotana is the first hotel chain to have bought property at our development. It will also be their first beachfront property in Dubai"

Rotana Hotels, together with some UAE investors, has purchased a hotel in the mega Jumeirah Beach Residence complex in Dubai. The Hotel will be completed in April 2006.

300-room facility
With its 300 fully equipped rooms and suites, restaurants and lounges, multi-purpose meeting rooms, business centre, a state-of-the-art fitness centre that includes two swimming pools and a direct access to a private beach, the resort will bring in a new level of facilities and standards to the existing developments.

The property will be the perfect alternative for holidaymakers, and visiting executives who are looking for an affordable beachfront residence while in Dubai.
