Chef Martin is trained in classical Swiss schools and restaurants throughout Europe, but has developed and honed his extensive skills through many years of experience in top hotels and resorts throughout Europe, Australia, Asia and the Middle East. Not only has he cooked for several Heads of State, he has also worked with famous Chefs such as Anton Mosimann, Sergio Zalaffi, Jean-Pierre Pester and Joanne Weir.

Chef Martin is extremely inventive and loves creating a fine dining experience from the produce at local markets, working closely with local products, and introducing a fusion of foods and cultures to his kitchen.
