Rent to Own, The Green Community

The UAE's Union Properties is offering up to three-years for its rent to own option in The Green Community near Jebel Ali for 90-year leases. In the first year 70 per cent of rent is converted to equity, 60 per cent in the second year, and 50 per cent in the third, with a guarantee of no rent rises.
