Apart from marketing the most exclusive UAE properties, Asteco also marketed The Archer: a 34 storey, 200 apartment building in Melbourne; Arc 1950 - Le Village, a new five star resort village in Les Arcs in the French Alps and an impressive list of properties in Malta with Dhalia Real Estate.
According to Dubai Shows Ltd., the show was a great success and the quality of the audience was excellent as most of them were people of high net worth and serious buyers of property. Exhibitors such as Asteco helped in ensuring that the very best of properties were on offer to UAE buyers.
Asteco has taken a leading role in local and international property scenes, with services that range from complete agency services for leasing and sales to development advice, building management, valuations and feasibility studies for residential, commercial and retail developments.
Asteco wins vote for Best Corporate Branded Stand
With an impressive stand area of 28 square metres at the recent Global Real Estate Investor Show, Asteco Property Management won a prize for having the best corporate branded stand from fellow South African exhibitors.
