- United Arab Emirates: Sunday, March 14 - 2004 at 15:14
- PRESS RELEASE
The year to date occupancy levels for the Ibis World Trade Centre Hotel has been confirmed at above 90 per cent, proof enough that the Hotel's positioning on the Dubai hospitality scene is now well and truly established.
Purpose-built as part of the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition complex, the unique hotel was designed to offer 210 international standard, business economy rooms at an affordable and fair price.
Ignace Bauwens, General Manager of ACCOR Hotels World Trade Centre said, "We are delighted to have had confirmation that the Ibis is now firmly on the map as far as travellers to Dubai are concerned. Since opening, our sales team have worked very hard to ensure the hotel has been at the forefront of as many business customers as possible, both throughout the GCC and beyond, which has in turn resulted in a progressively high occupancy rate.
"We have also received a lot of repeat custom from guests who have found that the service and hospitality has exceeded their expectations. We are proud of our consistently high occupancy rate and look forward to our continued success."
With 150,000 associates in 140 countries, ACCOR is the European leader and one of the world's largest groups in travel, tourism and corporate services.
