Asteco, the UAE's largest property management company, will be participating in the upcoming Middle East Real Estate Conference by providing an analytical view on the freehold properties in the UAE.
During the two day conference, Elaine Jones will also be part of a panel discussion that will discuss one of the most talked about topics within the industry; assessing the sustainability of the Real Estate boom in the Middle East.
The discussion aims to outline the growth indicators in the Middle East real estate market, match supply and demand in the Middle East market and provide a comparative analysis of the countries in the region.
The panel will evaluate the impact of the real estate sales and trading on the price structure and assess the role of expatriates on future growth prospects. The panel will also draw a comprehensive picture of the Middle East real estate market for the next decade and discuss the future of 'timeshare' and rental real estate.
The Middle East Real Estate conference will be held on the 16th & 17th March 2004 at the Al Bustan Rotana Hotel, Dubai.
