The Arab Orient deploys a full-fledged e-insurance system, powered by ESKADENIA

The implemented suite includes General & Medical e-Insurance, ERP, CRM and Workflow systems, with a range of web-enabled features. The deployment followed a successful full legacy data conversion.

The deployed generic insurance management systems are designed to meet the largest set of business requirements in the General and Medical Insurance fields. Both systems have been designed to automate the General and Medical Insurance life cycles, reduce operational cost, speed up work, maintain historical data and ensure a high level of security.

The new comprehensive systems provide a collaborative environment for information management across the company's departments and allow users to capture up-to-the-minute information whenever required. The deployed systems are, in addition, integrated with the financial & Human Resources modules of ESKADENIA® Business Manager to maintain the needed financial information and accounts updates.

The Oracle based and web-enabled systems allow the Arab Orient employees to define insurance products and networks, manage insurance claims and reinsurance transactions in an efficient and simple manner. Through integration with ESKADENIA® Workflow system, the Arab Orient Insurance Company can now efficiently handle greater volumes of insurance operations and smoothly manage work processes across its offices. The bi-lingual systems provide extensive reports and statistics and enable users to access various information and processes through user-friendly interfaces.

Moreover, the deployed systems integrate with ESKADENIA® CRM (Customer Relationship Management), which supports Marketing, Sales and Customer Support features, helps gain an insight into the potential, behaviour and value of customers, and provides better customer service.
