Dubai Healthcare City sponsors IMD Dubai 2004

Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) is sponsoring the International Medical Care and Diagnostic Conferences and Exhibition (IMD) that was opened by HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance and Industry and President of the Department of Health and Medical Services in Dubai today at Dubai International Exhibition Center.
Al Shunnar added, "IMD 2004 is hosting physicians and specialists, hospital directors, pharmaceutical companies, medical institutions from the region and globally renowned medical experts. The event offers a welcome opportunity to create awareness in the healthcare industry, liase with potential partners and attract institutions that want to establish a presence at DHCC."
Al Shunnar said that participating in exhibitions such the IMD 2004 and the recently held Arab Health Exhibition provides DHCC the right platform to participate in the development of the healthcare sector in the region through interactive exchange of ideas related to health products, services and developments.
A Series of conferences focusing on specialized subjects, including the International Hospital Federation - IHF Pan Regional Conference, State - of - the - Art Cardiology, Mayo Clinic Conference for Emergency and Catastrophe Management and the pan regional Nursing Conference are being held at the same time.
The event is held under the auspices of HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance and Industry, President of the Department of Health and Medical Services. IMD 2004 is supported and co-organized by the International Hospital Federation (IHF).
