Korean Defence Minister tours Nakheel Sales Centre

During a recent visit to the United Arab Emirates, Korea's Minister for National Defence, Cho Young-kil took the opportunity to tour the Nakheel Sales Centre.

The minister's visit took in the full spectrum of Nakheel's unique and iconic projects including The Palm and The World, with special attention focusing on the Jumeirah Islands project. Wahid Attalla, Executive Director, Commercial and Operations for Nakheel said, "It's easy to understand why the minister and his delegation were visibly impressed with the both the concept and design of Jumeirah Islands development. It is quite simply a unique project that will combine beautiful homes, calm lagoons and superb landscaping".

Jumeirah Islands is a new residential project by Nakheel comprising of a self-contained community of 50 man-made islands shaped and designed on 300 hectares of land. Crystal waterfalls, lush parks, walkway bridges, marinas and boathouses will enhance this community.

Residential options in Jumeirah Islands include villas and apartments, which are available on a freehold basis to all nationalities. The 4 and 5 bedroom villas vary between 474 to 669 square metres in total built up area, and 803 to 1262 square metres in total land area, they range in price from 1.9 to 2.4 million Dirhams. The apartments are yet to be released for sale.
