Johnson & Johnson Middle East applauded the efforts of RCSI on their continued commitment to the advancement of medical education in the Middle East with the establishment of their medical university in Bahrain at a presentation ceremony recently.
Speaking at the occasion, François Guénot - Managing Director J&J Middle East said, " Johnson & Johnson' s credo firmly guides our actions in fulfilling our responsibilities towards the customers and the community. We as a corporation stand for commitment towards excellence in medicine and social responsibility and have always associated with organizations or initiatives that work towards enhancing the existing standards of medical practice within the region. J&J Middle East is extremely thankful to RCSI for establishing the university, ensuring internationally recognized standards of medical education for all the aspiring health professionals in the region".
Michael Butler, President-RCSI on accepting the award said, " Johnson & Johnson's commitment towards medical excellence is commendable and as a global corporation, they have pioneered socially responsible routes for others to follow. Understandably, the response to the medical university has been overwhelming, facilitating our mission to provide international standards of medical education to students from the Middle East.
