SAP Arabia adds 9 new recruits to its Service and Support Team

SAP Arabia has complemented its service and support team with 9 additional new recruits who were selected with emphasis on localization policy, in line with the guidelines outlined by his highness Crown Prince Abudullah bin Abdul -Aziz, Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard and in anticipation of the Arabic language support for the forthcoming Unicode based R/3 Enterprise.

The new recruits were given an extensive 3 -week introductory training in the state-of -the -art training facilities at SAP Arabia's Dubai offices. This is being followed with on-going specialty training to fulfill needed requirements.

"Our near future plan is to cover more customers' requirements and needs, we are also emphasizing prompt and professional Service and Support delivery, focused on customer care, by introducing a "single point of contact" approach in parallel with the new drive by SAP AG to speedup customer responses and enhance their satisfaction", stated Mr. Nabeel Hammad, Business Development Director in SAP Arabia.
