Polish president admires PCFC and its projects

The Polish president, Aleksander Kwasniewski, visited recently the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation in Dubai (PCFC) and its projects together with several ministers, VIP people from the Polish Embassy and the Polish media.
Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman of Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) welcomed the Polish President and the the rest of the delegation and briefed them on the history of Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (JAFZA). He also explained that Dubai's pioneer experiment on the Free zones is made to attract the investment and construct new projects that support the national economic in the country.
He explained the customs' work nature and the systems that are used in the Free Zone to clear goods. He also spoke about the facilities and services offered new companies that settle in Jebel Ali.
"JAFZA ensures successful investment environment for these companies which enables them to establish their business. The development of economic and trade relations with Poland can be improved in cooperation with the trade and manufacturing companies and investments in the Free zone," he emphasized.
The guests paid a visit to JAFZA. They also went to the Sales Center for Nakheel and got to see models of different projects of them.
Bin Sulayem briefed them on The World project that includes 250 Islands presenting the formation of the World map located between Burj Al Arab Hotel and Port Rashid.
