Al Jaber Optical Centre wins award for excellence in customer service

The award was presented to Al Jaber at a ceremony held at Millennium Hotel in Sharjah. The event was attended by Sahara Centre management team and owners plus the other tenants of Sahara Centre.

Al Jaber Optical Centre has been recognized for their excellence in customer service through the scoring done by the committee based on its training programs & initiatives and reports from customers and Sahara Centre customer service team. The award becomes the second for Al Jaber Optical Centre. The first one was awarded by City Centre management which earned them the same prestige for the same category three years ago.

Saleh Al Shawa, General Manager of Al Jaber Optical Centre, said: "We are so proud to have received the award after such hard work, it marks our group's increased efforts and initiatives." The Go For Excellence Awards is the retail excellence program of Sahara Centre. The awards program has been created to pay tribute to Sahara Centre's finest retailers and also to recognize those tenants who excel in terms of innovation, creativity, business acumen and dedication to customer service. There are five categories of awards in the Go For Excellence Awards program: Outstanding Retailer of the Year, Excellence in Marketing, Excellence in Customer Service, Excellence in Visual Merchandising and Excellence in Cooperative Marketing.
