Dubai Municipality issues license to build 30-story building in Dubai Marina

Dubai Municipality has recently issued the license to build a 30-story building in Dubai Marina.

Engineer Khalid Mohammed Saleh, Head of the Building Licenses Section at the Building and Housing Department of the Municipality said the proposed building would comprise residential apartments, offices and shops in addition to a large car park.

The building will have a basement (parking lot), ground floor (shops), and 30 upper stories. The total built-up area will be more than 490,000 square feet while the plot area is over 76,000 square feet.

Mr.Saleh added that the building would have a total of 262 apartments with 133 single bedroom apartments, 83 apartments with two bedrooms and 46 apartments with three or more bedrooms. Besides, there will be offices at a total area of 22,500 square feet and shops at a total area of 16,000 square feet. The parking lot can accommodate 317 cars.
