In the 3 years of operating Marina Mall has ensured shoppers an exciting variety of stores and outlets providing a wide range of products and services. To celebrate their anniversary Marina Mall dedicated its third birthday to the retailers without whom Marina Mall would not be the success it is today.

'Marina Mall has grown so much in the past 3 years and our success has been encouraging' said Nadia Mounib, Marketing Coordinator, Marina Mall. 'We have been working towards new and better ways of enhancing our marketing and advertising and now offer promotional and community events that encourage people to visit the Mall. Building is well underway for our expansion which means we will be offering even more exciting and world renowned shops and entertainment," she added.

New stores coming into Marina Mall will be joining a dynamic mix of outlets that range from designer clothing to children's wear and bookstore to sports goods, jewellery to perfumes and cosmetics, shoes and accessories to gift items and household goods.

Marina Mall is set to dominate the retail scene in Abu Dhabi for a considerable period of time as it expands its current facilities by adding a second phase, which is currently under construction and due for completion in March 2005. The second phase will add an additional 800 underground parking spaces and 180 retail outlets with a gross leasable area of 45,000m². The entertainment offered in Phase II will include a 32 lane, state-of-the-art bowling alley; a 4000m² indoor Snow World facility equipped with a ski slope, ice rink, Swiss chalets and other winter related leisure attractions.

'Marina Mall has always been dedicated to quality merchandise and shoppers can always expect a pleasant shopping experience when they come into the mall. The availability of mall directory posters on each floor, wide aisles, the penetration of natural light into the mall during the day time, numerous benches and rest areas are some of the few features that contribute to the pleasant shopping experience,' concluded Mounib.
