Technology leaders join forces to unveil latest human resources solutions

Tech Access, Sun Microsystems and Business Systems House (BSH), in association with Oracle, have joined forces to reveal the latest developments in human resource solutions, as part of a Middle East tour for HR managers and IT decision-makers, it was announced today.

The seven-city road show, aimed at small-and-medium sized business in the region, will highlight the potential benefits of automating the essential internal HR processes including personnel, recruitment, budgeting and payroll functions; performance and career management; administrative functions and providing employees with self service options.

Speakers at the event will review the successes of regional companies that have implemented the state-of-the-art HR solution from BSH.

'The human resources and payroll software market is among the Middle East's fastest-growing opportunities. Managers are under constant pressure to properly handle employees' records, and cope with on-going changes in HR rules and regulations, while senior management is always seeking to develop skills and reward performance,' said Houssam Hatoum, managing director, BSH.
