Motivate Events takes Home Owner Dubai visitors on tours

Motivate's General manager of Marketing, Simon O'Herlihy said, "We found from research at the December 2003 event that potential purchasers and investors want to physically see where the properties they're considering buying are located. Especially the large number of international visitors that the event attracts and who are new to the UAE".

O'Herlihy added, "The Tours will happen on the morning of each day that Home Owner Dubai takes place, 3-5 June 2004, and will allow those interested in buying or investing in property the opportunity of seeing what Dubai's developers have to offer before attending the seminar and conference in the afternoon".

"Our visitor research at the 2003 event found that over 85% of those attending the event were actively looking to purchase property in the UAE and 43% of visitors intending investing" said O'Herlihy. "The tours are aimed at helping speed up the property purchasing decisions by allowing Home Owner Dubai visitors the opportunity of seeing what they want to buy or invest in before they go the show and put pen to contract".

The tours will take in the developments of Emaar, Nakheel and Jumeirah Beach Residence as well as a host of other developments in Dubai. "We expect the demand for seats on the tour to be extremely high", said O'Herlihy "Those who want to reserve a seat are advised to do so as soon as possible to avoid disappointment".
