Dubai Bank and UAE Exchange have joined forces to offer the bank's Credit Card members yet another option for paying their Credit Card bills.
Commenting on the new facility, Mr. Ricky Madan, Vice President, Dubai Bank said: "Even though card members have the option of making their payments at all Dubai Bank branches, this new facility seeks to deliver further flexibility and convenience by adding yet another channel to settle their monthly Credit Card bills. We are committed to offering the best in value-added, customer-focused services."
Dubai Bank credit card holders also have the option of making payments through the bank's 24-hour payment machines, by mail or at select EMARAT Gas Stations. Cardmembers who also have a Dubai Bank account can also transfer money from their bank account to their Credit Card account over the phone, or choose to set up a standing instruction.
