Altitude Software to showcase the Altitude uCI 7 solution at GITEX Saudi Arabia 2004

Altitude Software, a global technology leader of contact centre solutions for Unified Customer Interaction™ (uCI), today announced that it will be exhibiting at this year's GITEX Saudi Arabia 2004 within the Dubai Internet City (DIC) Community Zone.

Altitude's growth rates for 2003 within the Kingdom suggest that Saudi Arabia is quickly joining the GCC countries in the implementation of next-generation contact centre solutions and as such Altitude uCI 7, rolled out in late 2003, will now be showcased for the first time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
