Raya provides one contact-point for Kodak Egypt's customers

In order to unify Kodak's communication channels and enhance the efficiency of its customer service, Raya has started up contact center services for Kodak Egypt's customers, branches and distributors through one customer service number.
According to Aly Abd El Ghaffar, Kodak Egypt general manager: "The heart of Kodak's worldwide strategy lies in customer service and continuous follow-up which contributes to an enhanced service in the fields of photography, printing and film development." He further added that Raya Contact Center has proved its professionalism in providing a unified communication channel, operating 12 hours a day and for longer periods during peak seasons and advertising and marketing campaigns, while being diversified and flexible to accommodate the needs of an international company such as Kodak.
Sameh, Montasser, managing director of Raya Contact Center announced that his company's solution has saved heavy investments for Kodak. "Kodak's reliance on Raya's human resources and its expertise in customer service, in addition to Raya Contact Center being the only ISO 9001-2000 certified company in this field in the Middle East, were the major motives behind cooperation between the two companies."
