Hilton International offers new incentives for corporate meetings in the Gulf

Corporations looking to host meetings and conferences in the next few months will be able to take advantage of specially tailored meetings packages at many of the 11 Hilton International properties in the Gulf, following the launch of a new meetings promotion.
"Hilton International is unique in that it provides a total meetings solution with fantastic meeting facilities, state-of-the-art equipment, professional service and attractive rates for all events, whether it is a small group or a large conference," said Guy Epsom, regional director of sales & marketing, Arabian Peninsula, Hilton International.
"And as the height of the business season approaches in the Gulf, we have created a new meetings package offering special rates for day and overnight delegate stays, whilst also giving those attending the chance to win a month's salary - allowing company's to incentivise their team members at no additional cost," explained Guy.
Meetings can be arranged for groups from 15 to 100 people. Included in the meetings package, delegates will be provided with state-of-the-art business facilities, personalised signage with company logo, organisers' stationery kit, telephone or fax line, access to PC workstation, technical assistant on request, two coffee breaks and buffet lunch.
In addition, several Hilton hotels in the region offer Hilton Meetings®, the brand's trademark meetings service, which offers a total meetings solution designed to make meetings easy to book and manage. Hilton offers a dedicated Hilton Meetings® support team to assist at all times, flexible meeting arrangements, innovative and creative food service, and simple billing process with quick departure.
The meeting packages promotion runs until December 31, 2001 with the draw and winner's announcement to take place on January 15, 2002.
